Thank you Grandma!

Hi Everyone!

My daughters just got back from vacation at Grandma's house!  (Vacation for everyone!)
Mackenzie wanted to make Grandma a Thank You card for all of the fun things they got do to last week!

I showed her how to make a quick and simple card just by layering paper (DCWV Snack Stack and scraps), adding ribbon (hand-dyed crinkle ribbon), and stamping a sentiment (K Andrew Designs: Food for Thoughts).

It's all about paper and color choices young Grasshopper.

Thanks for stopping by!

  8. Hey Julie!

It's the simple things that mean so much! This is really cute, she did good. ;)

I am planning on hitting Scrapfest at MOA! I won't be taking any classes but I will be checking out the vendors. We should stay in touch and the closer it gets we can talk about meeting up. I think that would be wonderful! Have you gone in the past? This would be my first year going so I'm interested in hearing what it's like, other than really crowded! I've heard that! lol

  9. This is SO sweet! (Literally, right?) It's such an explosion of color and she did a fantastic job! The ribbon is the perfect color choice... it manages to add such pop, despite the plethora of colors beneath. Excellent! :o) She has a fabulous teacher! :o)

    Hugs and blessings! :o)
